Closes

Closes refer to the number of times a deal can be closed. Here's a breakdown of the Closes feature for each type of entity:

  • Standard SPV: 1 close is included

  • Custom SPV: 1 close is included, with the option to add up to 1 additional close at an extra cost

  • Funds: Unlimited closes are included

This means that if you're using a Standard SPV, you can only close the deal once. With a Custom SPV, you have the flexibility to close the deal twice, but you'll need to pay an extra fee for the second close. If you're using a Fund, you can close the deal as many times as you need to, without any additional costs.
